Having over 150 years of knowledge in lift technology, we recognise the vital role that a reliable lift or stair lift plays. Along with lift maintenance, we also offer stairlift servicing, repair and call-out services, providing maintenance for both Stannah and other manufacturers.
Service contracts for stairlifts and lift maintenance
We offer a selection of standard maintenance contracts designed to accommodate different needs and budgets, alongside tailored agreements. Importantly, our services are not restricted to those with contracts. If you do not have a service agreement, our experienced engineers are here to assist you.

At Stannah, we are actively involved in lift refurbishment, modernisation, and comprehensive lift installation projects. We work alongside architects, clients, consultants and contractors to ensure the exceptional customer service.
Some of our latest major lift refurbishment projects include the complete modernisation of six bed lifts at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, goods lifts at the University of East Anglia and a passenger lift refurbishment at Ipswich Library.
In East Anglia, we look after thousands of lifts from the depths of Cambridgeshire to the wonderful Norfolk and Suffolk coasts. This includes all of the Network Rail station lifts and escalators in East Anglia. Our Norwich office is available, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
